Crosby Yoga instructor reveals how yoga helps her anxiety

Core Clinic regular and newly qualified Yoga instructor, Liz Walker, has been asked OMYoga Magazine to write an article detailing her transition from first stepping onto the mat, to qualifying as a Yoga instructor earlier this year.

Liz was introduced to Yoga by fellow Core Clinc instructor Jules Castellain and found it made a real difference to symptoms of anxiety that she had struggled with for most of her life.
So impressed with the change in her health and wellbeing, she decided that becoming a Yoga instructor and was the logical progression.


Liz now teaches at the clinic alongside Jules and there are classes at the following times:

Monday: 18:30
Wednesday: 09:30
Thursday: 18:00
Saturday: 10:30
