We offer 1-2-1 individual personal training, tailor made just for you. You can decide with your trainer what you would like to do for your weekly session, we have a choice of new studio’s to do a full work out, or just focus on pilates, some weights or even just a sports massage. Or are you set on achieving a weight loss goal? We can help with diet and Nutrition advice from our in house Nutritionists, combined with an exercise plan.
