Yin yoga is the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern life. If you train hard at any sport or have a busy demanding life yin yoga is the practice for you. It’s open to all levels from beginner to advanced.

Through long held simple accessible postures we release the bodies holding patterns of deep tension.

There are no inversions, balances or flows, just simple effective nourishing floor based postures.
