OSTEOPATH

Cai Elias-Schofield

My name is Cai Elias-Schofield. I spent 4 years studying Osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy graduating with an Integrated Masters of Osteopathy(Hons). I am passionate about what I do and love every moment of being an Osteopath.

I am always motivated to further develop my skills. I acquired a Diploma in Sports Injury and Massage in 2009 and a Diploma in Myofascial Acupuncture in 2011. Between 2015 and 2016, I completed a post-graduate diploma in Applied Kinesiology adding to my ever-expanding skill set.

I also have a keen interest in working with animals. Recently I have been gaining experience treating dogs and horses. Over the next two years I will be attending a diploma course on equine and canine Osteopathy.

While working in Scotland at both the Althos clinic and Back2life clinic for 5 years, I gained experience treating many different people, from babies to athletes! From here, I decided to move to England to further my education of Osteopathy. I am delighted to be working with the team at CORE.

Food, lifestyle, stress, emotions and movement all influence our health.
I offer an in-depth consultation and will work with you to create a bespoke evidence-based diet and lifestyle programme aimed at improving your symptoms, based on your individual life and medical history. We offer testing to help determine underlying health issues and recommend nutritional supplements which are specifically designed for nutritional medicine related problems.

“I absolutely love my job! I enjoy hearing about a client’s history and experiences and piecing them together like a jigsaw to get to the root cause. Everyone is individual. Here at CORE we believe in addressing symptoms rather than suppressing them!“
